Go to Products, then Product Systems and click Add Product
The product information settings page will appear and you should fill in the fixed information for your products so that when uploading those products, they can quickly contain this information.
Product Image: You can leave it blank.
OptimizedImage Main Image: If you want to separate the main image background, select it.
Image Other: Add common photos that your products will have such as thank you photos, shirt color chart photos,...
Size Chart: You can insert many different size tables, the system will take one of them to upload to tiktok.
Product name: Give your template a short name so you can easily find it later.
Digit Number: The number of random characters you want to append to the product title, you can also not add it, please enter it as 0
Category: Choose the lowest level without an arrow at the beginning of the line. Please be careful to avoid choosing categories that you have not asked for Tiktok rights such as Kids, Baby,...
Product SKU: If you need to categorize the product, enter more.
Brand: You can choose the Brand that you can cancel rights or the default Brand.
Product description: Please enter your description here. We have suggestions for you and some Tiktok recommendations. If you want to insert additional images, you can use the syntax above like {main_image}. If you want to insert an external image, use the image link.
Video: Customize, if using, please fill in the link with .mp4 extension
Quantity: Number to support the variant to fill in missing quantity information
Price: Number to support the variant to fill in missing price information
Weight with Package - Dimensions: Please fill in complete weight and size information. Note the pairs of parameters that will go together: POUND - INCH or KILOGRAM - CENTIMETER
Delivery options - Cash on Delivery: Leave the default unchanged
Product Attributes - Product Compliance: If this table appears, we recommend that you fill it out completely to increase searchability and product visibility to users on your store.
Variations: First click Edit Option, followed by Add Option Custom.
Let's add the name of the option and the values ​​for it. Maximum 3 options can be created, for example Size, Color, Style.
You can add option values ​​one by one by entering and pressing the Enter button. Additionally, you can also use the character "|" to separate values ​​and use it to add quickly instead of having to enter each one.
If you need images for options, add them to Image Variants. Then you click directly on the option to add a photo and select the photo. If you fill out a photo, remember to fill it out completely.
After adding information. Click Done to save and the variant information table will be displayed below.
In this table, you can filter skus with the same price to make price changes to them. You can also add the seller_sku code to conveniently manage stock.
Check your data and click Save Template to save it to the system and use it for future features.
